Breaking Through

Breaking Through, coaching for inspired performance, acts as a catalyst and resource for organizations that recognize the importance of every team member breaking through ineffective behaviors and beliefs into initiative, creativity, confidence and cooperation. Customized coaching programs are available for senior leaders, managers and line supervisors. Coaching is also available to support developmental programs for staff.

How WE Works with You
WE understands the need for demonstratable results, both for the organization and for the individuals being coached, and that time and resources have to be used efficiently and meaningfully. Our responsibility, and part of the WE charter as coaches, is to model the skills and behaviors we are developing within the coachee. Our process is:

Who WE Coaches Are

All WE coaches bring at least 15 years of professional experience working within a variety of industries and settings. They have been exposed to different perspectives and workplace situations, yet are not limited by their experiences, instead bringing curiosity, objectivity and keen insight into meetings with each new client. WE coaches have also committed to their personal tranformation and constant growth so they can coach with clarity, an unbiased perspective, and candid, courageous honesty. The unique combination gives WE clients the opportunity to work with a coach who offers not only professional support, but is dedicated to the organization’s and each individual’s well-being and fulfillment.

Beginning the Coaching Relationship

We begin with a conversation to better understand the organization’s goals and current conditions. This beginning needs assessment matches the organization and the individuals receiving coaching with the appropriate coach, or group of coaches. Services are available for your organizations’ executives, managers, staff, teams, or specific contributors within the organization. Once the match is made, an initial meeting is scheduled between the selected coach and coachee to determine if there is a fit for forming a coaching relationship. The frequency and length of meetings vary depending on organizational goals. Coaching sessions are in person, or by phone (if required by location or timing). Email support is available between sessions.
