It creates the victim, silos, and a ‘protect and defend’ mentality. Wouldn’t it be better to take on challenges rather than each other and shake loose from fear’s hold and emerge victoriously as a unified force?

Amongst the activities, participants will work together in small groups and share experiences and insights on victim rackets and reasons, and practice intervention skills (both for self and other).
