Workplace Evolution's two founding partners bring over 40 years of experience in human performance optimization. The combination of skills elicits personally responsible and committed performance in organizations.

Gayle Gregory
Gayle Gregory

Gayle Gregory is the author of Workplace Evolution: Common Sense for Uncommon Times.  She is also one of three co-authors of The Grand Experiment, an Expedition of Self-Discovery, a book about seven universal beliefs that limit our confidence and ultimately our ability to succeed. Both books are foundational in Workplace Evolution’s (WE) work with companies and individuals since they address the key reasons our attempts to positively improve our lives often fall short.
Ms. Gregory is a former senior manager with two Fortune 500 companies, where she had over-sight for operations, training and development, new ventures and project management groups. Within the corporate structure she facilitated enterprise-wide change and as a result developed large-scale change management expertise as well as signature products such as Effective Relationships and Collaborative Confrontation, modules within a comprehensive communication framework.
Early on, Gayle built a coaching and mentoring program that still works with individuals to change old patterns and show up more authentically. Her works extends into the Oregon state corrections system, where she conducts thought awareness training for men in the state’s medium security prison.
While working at UPS and traveling five days a week, Ms. Gregory finished her BA in Management, an accomplishment that she laughingly states took 28 years. She graduated with honors right before taking a two-year sabbatical sailing to Vancouver Island and from there to Mexico aboard her 40 foot sailboat. The adventure provided insights into the seven myths.
Gayle's clients have included emerging and growth companies in the technology, education, and service sectors who required a wholly new level of communication to cultivate individual potential and promote organizational performance.
