Shared leadership fosters enlightened decision-making, manageable workloads, better delegation, and people playing to their strengths. When seen through the lens of greater possibility, shared leadership shifts everything. The first thing that shifts is the whole idea of leader and follower. When there are leaders within the organization, there must be followers.  When there is shared leadership, everyone is both leader and follower. People can’t sit on the sidelines and wait for orders regardless of their position. The plus for the organization is obvious.  The plus for employees, once understood and trusted, is being valued and respected…a real reason to come to work in the morning and give 100%. The implementation challenge lies in prying loose the need for control from both the leaders and the followers. But, when the organizational vision appeals to the best that is in man, working together to achieve that goal is a shared experience worthy of excellence.

Single or multiple day equine events are designed to assist you in developing positive strengths in yourself and with others. The work is done in partnership with specially-trained horses.
