BUSINESS PERFORMANCE IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK

WayPointer methodology, the brainchild of WE Partner, Paul Lindenberg, is a robust management tool for businesses. Paul originally developed this system to turn around his struggling furniture manufacturing business which was experiencing rapid growth and intense competition within a volatile socio-economic environment. Using this tool, the business regained profitability and improved morale within 60 days.  WayPointer has since been adapted for use in retail, wholesale, fabrication, and service industries to assist people in making sound business decisions at all levels within the organization. While the program was initially intended to streamline financial control and performance, it soon became evident that the methodology was a uniquely ideal, comprehensive and effective management tool.
